HOLISTIC PRACTICE
PHILOSOPHY
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that works with the body to seek health and recovery. We feel our role as practitioners is to provide a fulcrum to support the body's search towards a balanced mid-line to reinstate health.
Osteopathic assessment does not exclusively consider the area of complaint, but integrates the whole body to determine where to focus treatment to alleviate symptoms.
Partners in life and in practice Thomas and Alana want to support the health and well-being of those in our local communities.

PAEDIATRIC OSTEOPATHY
Parents often reach out for osteopathic treatment when their newborn is showing signs and symptoms of discomfort which may be associated with feeding or digestive difficulties, sleep disturbances, positional preference, irritability and excessive crying.
Osteopaths may assist through gentle techniques to help resolve the child’s underlying condition.
Osteopathic assessment is also beneficial following a difficult delivery to assist correct growth and development.
